Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide Services are able to provide to our Patients

with assistance in Personal Care, and their activities of daily livings, 

including assistance with self administration of medication,

shopping, prepare and serve meals, assistance with bathing,

dressing, light housekeeping, according to the Plan of Care

developed with our sign up nurse in coordination

with the Patient’s physician.

The comfort, knowledge and familiar surroundings,

together with the necessary home healthcare supervision

and emotional support enables patients  to maintain a stable state

 of health with relative independence. We believe that while

controlling the costs, we are also improving people's lives.

Our Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistants

provide assistance with personal care and activities of

daily living to our patients under the supervision of a Registered

Nurse or a Licensed

Therapist.

Services

· Personal Care under the supervision of a Nurse or therapist

· Assist with bathing, dressing, hair care

· Prepare and serve meals, shopping

· Assist with self administration of medications

· Light Housekeeping, assist with Activities of daily living.

· Assist with ambulation, bed mobility, transfers
